INGREDIENTS

For the dough: 8 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

3 cups warm water (105F – 115F)

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon yeast

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

4 balls of pizza dough

2 cups of BBQ sauce

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

4 cups pulled pork

2 cups red onion, thinly sliced

2 cups green bell pepper, thinly sliced

Olive oil for drizzle on top of pizza

INSTRUCTIONS

1) To make the dough: In a large bowl of your mixer, combine the flour, salt and yeast.

2) Pour in the warm water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.

3) Knead on low speed for 5 minutes, or until the dough comes together.

4) Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

5) Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.

6) Preheat oven and pizza stone to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).

7) Roll out each dough portion into a 12-14 inch round.

8) Spread 1/2 cup bbq sauce onto each pizza. Divide the toppings (shredded cheese, sliced ​​onion, shredded pork, sliced ​​bell peppers and any other toppings you choose) between the pizzas.

9) Drizzle some olive oil over the top of the pizza.

10) Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

11) Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
