Goldie and Russell originally met while working on The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band, which was released in 1968.
The actress was previously married to Gus Trikonis, and their marriage lasted from 1969 to 1976.
The Foul Play star moved on and finally tied the knot with Bill Hudson that same year.
The former couple went on to welcome a son named Oliver, 46, as well as their daughter Kate, 43, during their marriage, which ended in 1982.
Russell was also married to Season Hubley from 1979 to 1983.

The pair have remained selective about appearing side by side ever since, even though they played Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus in 2018’s The Christmas Chronicles, as well as its 2020 sequel.
Hawn and Russell opened up about their relationship during an interview with People, in which the latter stated that he and his partner didn’t feel the need to make their relationship official.
