A woman has revealed the Chipotle sequence that has helped her drop four pant sizes in six months while still eating her favorite foods.
Koli Marks, 25, from Southern California, has documented her weight loss transformation on TikTok, where she “helps normal people lose weight the normal way.”
The content creator, who goes by the handle @healthkols, went from a size 18 to a size 10 by eating in a light calorie deficit and moving for at least 30 minutes each day.
“This is my Chipotle order that helped me drop four pants sizes.” I’m so excited to tell you guys about him,’ he shared in a recent video.

Marks explained that he ordered a bowl of burrito with half a scoop of brown rice, half a spoonful of black beans, sofritas (grilled tofu stewed in spices), a veggie fajita, and corn with a dollop of cheese and sour cream.
“My favorite hack is I get a large side of lettuce,” she says. “I get it on the side because I don’t want it all soggy, and it adds volume to my meal.”
‘You know, it’s kind of a weak looking bowl. Like this is a lot of food for one serving, but a little less than I’m used to, so I like lettuce because it adds volume.’
Marks also gets a side of Chipotle’s honey vinaigrette, which has 220 calories for a small container, but she notes she only uses half that.
“I realized that it felt the same,” he said. “To be honest, sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming using all of it.”
After sharing his order, he opened up about what he used to eat at Chipotle and how he modified it to ensure he stayed in a calorie deficit.
Marks explained that he ordered a bowl of burrito with half a scoop of brown rice, half a scoop of black beans, sofritas, fajita vegetables and corn with a dollop of cheese and sour cream.
His ‘favorite hack’ is to put lettuce on the side to ‘add volume’ to his burrito bowl
‘My old order was technically the same. I’d get all the same stuff, except half a scoop, I’d get extra rice. I’ll get extra beans, and then I’ll also get tortillas on the side.’
Marks insists that he’s “all about eating whatever you want,” but the 300-calorie tortilla makes it hard to stay in a calorie deficit and finish his burrito bowl.
He also used to get a side of chips and guacamole, which he had discontinued.
“That brings my calorie total for my old Chipotle meal to over 1,000, maybe closer to 1,200, maybe even more,” he explains.
Marks said there was “nothing wrong” with eating that much, but “it was too much food” for him to consume.
“I felt like I was going to puke after I ate Chipotle, and I did this like four times a week,” he recalls. “I always, always, always eat Chipotle, and I eat too much of it, and it makes me sick.”
Marks said his old Chipotle orders were closer to over 1,000 calories, saying he used to get extra rice and beans, tortillas, and a side of chips and guacamole.
By eating in a calorie deficit, she can eat the foods she likes and still lose weight
Marks said his current order was “a big meal,” and he felt “absolutely full” after eating it with lettuce and half a container of dressing.
‘Will I be eating tortillas again one day? Am I going to eat chips? Yes, I am allowed to eat whatever I want whenever I want. It’s the way I eat now that helps me lose weight.”
In the caption, Marks emphasized the importance of making small daily dietary changes to promote weight loss, writing, ‘You don’t need crash diets or a whole lifestyle change!’
Her video has been viewed more than 382,000 times, and in the comments, she explains that her current order is around 650 calories.
A number of people pointed out that he could get two meals for the price of one if he got all the food and saved half, which he says he usually does.
Marks went viral in January after he posted a before-and-after video of himself sharing his recommendations for losing weight “while still eating junk food.”
“Use the calorie calculator to calculate your maintenance calories for the day, then eat 200 less than your maintenance,” she advises.
Marks also makes sure he moves for at least 30 minutes every day
“I eat all the same foods I always do,” she explains, “but I make sure I don’t overeat.”
She writes her tips in the caption, starting with eating in a “one mile calorie deficit.”
“Use a calorie calculator to calculate your maintenance calories for the day, then eat 200 less than your maintenance,” she advises.
The second’s advice is to do “30 minutes of movement every day.”
“Practice doesn’t have to be intense to be effective,” he insists. ‘Move your body for 30 [minutes] a day will help boost your metabolism and burn calories.’
Marks’ third recommendation is to add 10 minutes of weightlifting to your daily exercise routine because it “helps burn more calories for longer.”
He also adds that you can eat whatever you want as long as you stay in a calorie deficit.
“I eat all the same foods I always do,” she explains, “but I make sure I don’t overeat.”
