How to make Creamy Dill Pickle Sauce
This recipe comes together in just 5 minutes (or even less). Nothing to cut! Here are the ingredients you will need:
- Dill pickle juice: most pickle lovers will prefer their favorite brand. I like Trader Joe’s cornichons or Claussen pickles. Feel free to use your personal favorite!
- Avocado: the avocado will allow for a creamy dressing that also contains fiber and healthy fats! It retains its bright green color as well.
- Garlic Powder: You can also use minced garlic instead of garlic powder
- fresh dill: since you’re a pickle lover, you’ll want that extra dill flavor!
- Oil: I use avocado oil as my preferred salad oil. Olive oil is also a great option here.
- Chopped pickles: can add a bit of texture here, but this is optional.
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and puree until smooth. There he is!
Make Dill Pickle Sauce!
You can easily turn this recipe into a dip! Just add extra avocado. If you need to dilute it more, add the pickle juice by the tablespoon.
Serve with potato chips or chopped vegetables.
How long can you store dill pickle sauce?
Because of the avocado, this dressing will only last 3-5 days in the fridge.
